Masjid Umar provides a tailored Religious Education service designed for schools and various organisations.
We extend a warm welcome to visitors from all backgrounds who seek to learn about Islam. Over the past few years, we’ve had thousands of children from different areas of the East Midlands visit our Mosque, spanning across all Key Stages.

Yes, we have a car-park.
School visits normally take approximately an hour depending on the number of pupils and the primary purpose of the visit.

A qualified Imam will host the visit. All our facilitators are DBS cleared.
As the Mosque is a charity-based organisation, many schools make a voluntary contribution.
As the Mosque is a place of worship visitors are humbly requested to dress modestly with a headscarf.
